Cucumber Mint Gimlet. This is my favorite drink. Even those who don't like gin will like this one. #gin #refreshing #mint #cucumber #gimlet

This gin drink is nice and refreshing, perfect to make for your friends and family when you have them over for dinner. This recipe was originally made with bourbon, but as someone who doesn't like bourbon I decided to recreate it with gin. My favorite gin is a type called Esme that I get at Total Wine and More. You can really taste the mint and cucumber in this one. I named it the green goddess after its pretty green color. Try it out and let me know what you think!
